I Have A Non Stop Lower Back Pain On The Left Side .. Some Tightening Up In The Stomach Been Have This Pain For Almost 24 Hours It’s Starting To get Worst Also Keep Having The Urge To Poop sometimes I Do Sometimes Nothing Comes Out
