My wife is 34 weeks pregnant with twin babies (LMP - 1st Jan 2022). Betnesol Inj was given at the start of 34th week. She is having below symptoms today. - Feeling pressure around bladder area. And hence feels to urinate frequently. - Any side is not totally comfortable to sleep at first. - Back pain and right side pain - Swelling restarted on feet - Almost continuous contraction - Cervix length was initially around 3, but now maintained to 3+ with susten. Weight of both babies on GROWTH SCAN is 2kg approx and both babies are heading downwards towards the center. The approx gestational age for both babies is 33 weeks and 2 days +/- 1 week 2 days. Now, we are advised to go for c-section at the end of 35th week of PREGNANCY, based on thought that delay could lead to emergency situations and other risks. On the other hand, delivering now could lead to less weight of babies and could also make them to be kept in NICU for few days. Kindly advise, latest sonography report is attached.
