I’m 34 days postpartum after a c-section. I’ve noticed a hard, sore, spherical lump below my navel. It’s about the size of a small melon, and the diameter extends from my incision scar up to my belly button. It feels firm and slightly tender when I press on it. I’m otherwise feeling okay, no fever or chills. I’m wondering — is this still my uterus shrinking (involution) or could it be something else?
