33 weeks pregnancy LFT,KFT report

Hello doc I'm 33 weeks pregnant and as per my kidney n liver function test report few things are out of range. Pls suggest. Liver & Kidney Panel, Serum report :- 1)  AST (SGOT)-  258.0 U/L  [ref:  <35.00] 2)  ALT (SGPT)-  592.0 U/L  [ref:  <35.00] 3)  GGTP-  55.0 U/L  [ref: <38.00] 4)  Alkaline phosphatase (ALP)-  151.0 U/L  [ref: 30.00- 120.00]
