32 week 2 day pregnancy

My wife Monalia Roy is 32 week 2 days expecting mother. She is feeling sharp pain in the pelvic region. Also she is feeling sharp back pain. My wife's midwife has suggested to use hot water padding on lower back side. She feels relived to some extent. Also now a days she is feeling less fetus movement than before. Is this a sign of labour?

She must see her doctor if fetal movements are less.
