My periods are irregular so i have done pregnancy test 30 days after intercourse And it was negative... Is it correct result???

The result is correct but its interpretation will depend on the test being repeated after 7-10 days. If you are married you can forget about it. If not , you will have to do repeat tests

How irregular are your cycles?? Detailed history required. Also have to repeat the pregnancy test with serum beta hcg levels. Consult your local gynec.
