3 Yr old daughter wet cough

Hello Doctor, My 3 Yr old daughter is having wet cough problem and it worsens during night time. We have tried several home remedies but didn't get any relief. She is unable to extract the mucus since she is a child. Please suggest how can she get rid of this problem.

Consult Now
Give frequent nebulization with saline water and a cough syrup for wet cough. It should subside with it. may need some bronchodilators, plz consult pediatrician and start if required..

Good evening You can start syrup for wet cough. Give nebulisation with Normal saline If it persists, consult a pediatrician

Hi, this looks like an allergic cough. Salt water nebulisation will help. If she gets stuffy blocked nose use plain saline drops - Nasivion S nasal drops 2 drops each nostril 4 times a day. If she gets cough frequently like more than once a month or gets breathless easily please consult a Pediatrician. She may require some anti allergic medications. What is her weight? With the weight we can prescribe some cough medications
