My son is 3 years old. He is vomitting since yesterday afternoon. He is hungry. But he is vomiting. We gave small amount of food alone..we gave it thrice..at evening 7..8 and 9.. immediately he dint vomit.but he vomitted after 3 4 hours. He has cough and flum also. Is vomitting because of food poison or flum

Sounds like vomiting is because of bouts of coudhing. Monitor for fevers, if temp over 99.5F treat with Crocin DS. If nausea and spontaneous vomits- can give Omset syrup 30mins before meal three times a day Monitor stools frequency and consistency
