3 weeks after surgery - pip joint

A Suzuki wireframe is implanted for 3 weeks. And now post 3 weeks into removal, movement not gaining with swelling and pain. X Ray shows slight dislocation yet. Please Help! Attached X-rays with wireframe and 3 weeks post removal.

Post surgical pain- classed as acite pain until 28 days Upton 3 months. If pain persists after 3 months please make an appointment with me.
Next Steps
If pain persists after 3 months please make an appointment with me- Your Pain Clinic Delhi or Doctorals Hub Gurugram In the meanwhile, regular excersises of PIP- use a squidgy ball. Simple pain killers eg Paracetamol and Ibuprofen couple of times a day. If swelling, cold compresses and joint movements are the key. Best
