I adopted a stray puppy its about 3 months old who is not yet vaccinated and while playing it was biting my clothes and bit my bite and got a scratch which slightly bleed. Do i need to get injected or anything that needs to be done??

It is safe to take 1st and 2nd dose. By that time you can observe the dog. If dog remains healthy then you needn't take remaining doses of vaccine.
