My 3 months old baby is getting loose motions since from 2 days before and today I gave him ORS is dis safe I'm too much worry

At this age,consistency of stools vary daily. Do NOT give ORS,just give regular breast feeds,maintain hygiene. If accompanied by vomiting,fever,or refusal to feed ,consult your paediatrician immediately.
