3 month old vomited milk.

My 3 month old was refusing to feed since morning and had vomited today evening after that she is feeding. This was a proper vomit not normal spit up.. is there anything to worry about ??she is on breastfeeding only and sometimes she falls asleep while feeding and doesnot take a burp.
