  4. 3 month old baby. Is this true or what?

My baby is not sleeping during night time. She sleeps only day time and fever appeared night time after 1am and in the morning fever has gone. Last 5days thia is happening. Pllz suggest what to do? My mother told me tht cover baby head if not covered the baby head growing bigger is this true or what?

Below 6 months, fever shouldn't come Due to high metabolic activity, head can remain warm and it is normal.
