Hello doctor, my 3 months old boy not excreted for the past 3 days. Can you please suggest. He is fully breastfeeding. After some time he is vomiting some milk. Thanks Senthil Kumar

No need to worry. Wait for some more days. If vomiting is significant pls visit a pediatrician.
