3 arteries blockages

I've recently had my angiography done. 3 blockages have been detected. But I've no symptoms such as chest pain or body pain. Should I go for stents or get the angiography done from second hospital. Some people have also suggested naturopathy.

It's the percentage of block, which is important  and culprit for symptoms, as >70% block is significant only and needs treatment
