3 andnhalf year old Whilte flaked moles

My 3 and half year old son has started developing white flaked mole on the right side of the chin, there is one big one and now gradually 3 or 4 more have also started coming up, initially we thought it will go on its own, but its quite stagnant now and growing. Kindly suggest what should be the approach to deal with it.
