Hi I am in 28th week of my IVF pregnancy. I had CBC done today and My TLC count is 14.66 whereas differential Leucocyte counts are normal. But absolute neutrophile is 10, absolute lymphocyte is 3.09 and absolute eosinophils is 0.69. I don't have any infection symptoms. Is this normal? Hb is 10.1, RBC count is 3.32 and PCV is 30.8. I am on alternate day Autrin tablet and 5mg folic acid. Does the dosage need to be increased?

Yes it is normal TLC can be marginally raised in pregnancy You need to take iron supplements daily rather than taking alternate days Get a test called urine routine rule out urine infection
