When should be second covid test taken once tested positive? Is it necessary to do the chest scan once a patient is recovered from covid.

If there are no symptoms and if pt. Is maintaining saturation then it's not compulsory. Kindly take opinion of your treating doctor You will have to wait for 4 to 6 weeks before vaccination

No CT scan is not required for every patient .. And repeat test is not required if the patient is improving

No... Once you have recovered from symptoms and maintaining well there is  no need to get repeat COVID test done... And it is not advisable to get chest scan after recovery as clinical condition of the patient is of utmost importance... Morever you can save yourself from repeated radiation exposures 👍
