Hi, Iam facing lot of problem with both eyes having this lumps in upper eyelids corner. Suggest me any ointment or eye drops or tablets by which it will get cure because I am scared of having surgery. That 2lumps inside the upper eyelids is making my eyes fully swelled and its making my face look ugly. Please suggest shared the pics of both eyes.

Try chloramphenicol+dexamethasone combination eye oint to be applied inside ur eyelids ..it will take 20-30days to go off..
