Pro bnp 463.3 2d echo : thin rim of Pericardial effusion, LVEF 60cent @rest, no clots or vegetation, Type 1 diastolic dysfunction, PASP =20mmhg. He is having brethelessnss and chest pain in between.  Does he require CAG?
