I got 2 d echo and ecg done and both were normal tmt was also negative. But at times i feel pain at left side of my chest for 9-10 seconds like some pinching pain and it makes me anxious about things and i start feeling that i am having some heart issue. What can be done?

Pinching pain lasting for such short duration is unlikely to be cardiac pain. Especially when ecg and 2d echo js normal. If there is no symptoms on exertion, there is nothing to worry. U can get a TMT done as a routine measure. Should be likely normal.
