I recently underwent blood tests and there are few concerns I am having 1. Fasting glucose is ok but post 60 mins, value is 179 and post 2 hrs, it's 141. Is this normal? 2. Total protein is 6.2. Range should be above 6.4 3. Cholesterol total is 229 and LDL is 125. 4. Amorphous deposit is present. 5. Hb is 10.88. Range should be above 12. 6. ESR is 80 which is very high 7. Vit b12 is 802 which is also high 8. Vit D is 32. Please suggest

How much was the glucose taken? If 75 then 2 hours value is borderline raised Total cholesterol is raised Avoid ghee butter n oil n strt walking Ear is raised in pregnancy U can stop taking vit b 12 supplements
