Hello.. my gynecologist asked me to observe baby movements daily... my confusion is how to calculate it? Hour base or per day base? Please help me out... sometimes for a hour i dnt feel moments its my first pregnancy and im in huge confusion

Count for 1 hour after breakfast 1 hour after lunch and 1 hour after dinner
