I am 24 week pregnant .now i am having gestational diabetic.fasting my blood sugar usually be 105-110 range and after eating sometime it will be in range like 95 some time it will be more than 120.should i start medication? Will this affect my baby?when can i feel baby movement ?i am also taking thyroid medication 75mg levethroyxine .so will there be any problem for baby when i have these two condition?

You should meet to diabetologist for blood sugar.He will prescribe insulin injection.High blood sugar causes so many problems in baby like neural tube defect ( most common).Start treatment immediately.
