23 weeks and still no milk :/

Is there a certain time when we are supposed to start lactating? I am almost 6 months pregnant (23w3d today) and haven't started yet and I'm starting to get nervous that maybe I won't be able to produce milk since I'm planning on breastfeeding...I read somewhere on internet that a couple women started as early as like 7 weeks! why is it taking so long for me? Do I have to take some medicines/supplements to start producing milk? I am so concerned and worried coz I really want to breastfeed.

During pregnancy only some women get watery discharge. There is no relation between the discharge during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
