2 yrs baby girl suffering from fever

My baby is suffering from fever last 12 hrs. max temp noted is 102. after giving crocin drop temp gets down for 4 hrs but increases thereafter. she vomitted once as well.

Is ur baby  fine  between two fever spikes If fine then no issues Is any other associated  complaints Like cough cold
