After 2 to 3 days of etching in and out side of ear, I suffer 8 hours of sore throat and than pain in throat started

From your description what I understood is that you are suffering from sore throat and itching in the ears.. ear itching may be due to allergic reactions or it could be a fungal infection...same thing to your sore throat...it could be allergic/viral/bacterial...need physical check up... better to consult with an ENT specialist...for proper assessment.
