Could I be pregnant despite of 2 negative urine pregnancy tests and 3 regular cycles after taking Ipill (12weeks back).  I am worried as my periods only last for 1 n half day with severe lower back pain. I don't seem to have any other symptoms, except my stomach seems slightly bloated. I am extremely worried doctor.

Hi..did you had unprotected sexual contact? You don't have features of pregnancy.  It is highly unlikely that you are pregnant. Still if your symptoms persists get an ultrasound done.
