My son not doing poop from 1 week and also he suffer cold again and again with block nose with sound  and some time he crying. And also he suffer fungal infection. We take sarfaz cream for fungal infection. for cold we give Maxtra drop. And for gas we given Collicaid drop Is finecef 50 drop is safe? we given finecef 1 month before so next syrup can give All this medicine taken as per doctor prescription. So what i do
