My baby is 2 months old he started crying in the nights for a very long time from his 4th week. Is it safe to give colicaid drops in the night when ever he cry ?

Infants cry for lot of reasons. Causes may b hunger cry, or wet diaper, nose block.kindly chek all ths . Not necessary to give colicaid drops regularly.kindly burp the baby after each feed for 15 to 20 min.
