2 month old Back Pain

I had this back pain problem from last 2 months and I can't sit continous for 5 minutes in same position .If I sit so pain comes in lower back . Please help me with that .

Kindly get a physiotherapy and muscle relaxant tab.  And get a check from orthopaedic surgeon.
