2 Eyes Corner upper eyelids inside bumps

Iam suffering with eye problem since months Inside my both eyes corner upper eyelids having bumps attached to skin of the eye its very irritating and my eyes look full swelling due to that bumps inside and eyes I feel that bumps are growing and making my eyes look more ugly. They are soft bumps if I touch also it won't pain but I feel somewhat. Please suggest me wat to do.
