1month old sleeps very unsettled

Hi doctor my 1month old baby boy waves and moves his arms and legs alot during sleep and arches his back alot after every feed during night and makes alot of noises too. he seems very uncomfortable during sleep because of it and wakes up within every 1-1.5hr. Why does he remain so unsettled and can't sleep nicely. This happens even when I burp him before keeping him down.

Dear sir thank you for your query You have not mentioned your baby’s weight and what feeds you are giving him Your baby could be having GERD which is quite common in premature babies
