  4. 18 month baby. Can it b the reason?

My baby is not responding to his name from last few days but actively listen to songs etc nd not looking at phone video calls ..he responds to phrase he fears of..he knows how to use spoon tv remote oxymeter etc..he plays hide and sick tickeling..copy my action even wdout teaching.. Tells what dogs say nd crow says..but why so quite and unresponsive to others talk from few days..he is suffering from cold..can it b the reason??
