15 day ago prob started with loose motion dr gives taximo it's cure after four days again from 6th day fever start dr again gives taximo forte after examine mucas and obt in stool but after negativity of these two again today fever comes

Look for any urine infection. Some times UTI can cause all symptoms like vomiting, loose stools, abdominal pain etc...And should be treated properly. If you doesn't complete the antibiotic course also fever may recur...Discuss with your pediatrician and follow his advise. Hope this helps you.
