14 weeks pregnancy but spotting weekly.

My wife is 14 weeks pregnant with spotting every week after vommitting. After getting ultrasound report says placenta fundal posterior 2.8 cm size subchorionic clot. She has been given susten 200 with tranexa 500 tablet. Although spotting not stopped. Every weekend spotting seen in urine. But foetus live. Dr. Has given plasmaglob IV . What are suggesting my wife . Please suggest me.
