Heterogeneously enhancing soft tissue mass in right pararectal region causing right hydronephrourererosis and multiple peritoneal nodules. Enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes. Focal ileal bowel wall thickness. Differential DX Soft tissue sarcoma Lymphoma.

Dear friend, The scan result only says there is a mass in your abdomen. It can be correclty diagnosed as what type of mass only by biopsy.So pls consult a general surgeon in person.Hope this helps. regards
