My 11 week old baby boy is constipated and he goes very hard poop. They look like adult poop. He is exclusively breast fed. Weight gain and milestones are proper. He feels hungry every 2 hours. He weighed 4.9kg on 5-Jul-23. His birth weight was 2.8kg (birthday: 26-Apr-23). He was constipated previously aswell and Pediac suggested to give polyethylene glycol oral solution on 20-Jun-23. We weened him off of it almost 3 weeks ago. Why is he constipated? Is there something wrong with my diet? He was pooping fine in the beginning. His poops started becoming hard from 2-Jun-23. Pediac tells it is normal. But why is his poop hard? Should I take him to a pediatric gastroenterologist? Please help.
