100 Degree Fever for new born

Hi, My niece is just 3 days old and she got discharged from hospital today. She is having 100 degree fever since an hour. Kindly advice.

At this age,if not accompanied by any other symptoms like coughing,vomiting,or refusal to feed or dullness,it usually is what is called dehydration fever,common in newborns. Just give regular feeds,keep baby in cool,comfortable clothing and surrounding. If with other symptoms,consult your paediatrician asap.
