10 week pregnancy but showing 8 week

As per my first usg on 26/11/21 - Foetal pole seen - 6 weeks 2days Cardiac activity  FHR - 117 bpm And yesterday again done usg advised by dr. On 30/12/21 - Foetal pole seen - 8 weeks 3days Cardiac activity - Absent I have also attached a usg report. Please advise as this was my first pregnancy after 2 years of marriage.
