My 10 month old baby boy is passing very stiff stools which is showing some blood in it. What can we do to soften his stool? Please advise if we need to see any doctor, it's 3rd time in 1 month there has been little blood in his hard stool.

Child might have constipation. Add khichdi, dalia, mildly hot milk with sugar before sleep, mesh banana, mesh apple. Give him milk product. If still symptoms persist do visit pediatrician near by you.

Stop the milk and milk products for one week at least and check whether it is helpful. You can give lactose free milk instead of regular milk.
