MMR vaccine helps fighting against measles,  Mumps and Rubella. As with lockdown,  you and your family is not going outside nor any visitor coming to your house, the risk of these infections also become too less. Taking baby to hospital for vaccination can increase risk for COVID19,  not just for baby but whole family. Keeping these two things in mind, you can decide.
Next Steps
you should get the vaccine as soon as lockdown opens,  Don't delay after that .
Health Tips
If you visit hospital now,  please go with prior appointment, and all protective measures and precautions.

Please wait till situation is better, as it is not safe to go out risking baby as well as yourself in present situation It's completely ok and there should not be any problem to wait for about 1 month depending on situation
