1. Whether I wait 10 days for angiogram.
My brother face major heart attack last week. He was admitted for treatment and under close observation for 72 hour after attack. Tomorrow he will be dischraging from hospital. Hospital has advice for angiogram after 10 days as cardiologist is on leave and joined their after. Now my question is whether I wait for 10 days or take him to another specilized hospital. Second if opt another hospital whether distance of hospital from home matter. Third whether prefer doctor profile or hospital brand.
You need to send us more information than that to comment on the condition of the patient and the need and urgency of angiography but if it is advice then we can assume that there is some cardiac problem and the best way to diagnose it is to get a complete evaluation in the form of angiography along with echo cardiography as soon as possible
