I am 1 week pregnant I want abortion suggest me any best tablet and method of using tablet I already 3 c section delivery

First Ultrasound has to be done to confirm pregnancy. Abortion tablets have to be given under direct supervision by a gynecologist. Since this is a pregnancy following 3 Cesareans, please see a gynecologist nearby.

It must be 5 weeks from your last periods,  as you are having previous 3 c sections,  consult a gynecologist and take the MTP pills in her vigilance after an ultrasound,  please don't take any pills on your own,  it is high risk.
