My 1 finger tip is swollen since a few days and it is painful on touching. What should I do? Attached images too

That's paronychia,an infection.Swelling is due to the pus collection .If it's very painful you may have to visit a physician in your area to drain the pus.You can also apply fucidin cream locally and some otc pain reliever.
