My cycle are irregular in Feb I miss my cycle and it comes on 6 of March and now again I have miss my period on 6 of April I have done upt it was negative I have done beta HCG <1.20 on 12 of April Is it pregnency or not till now no periods Is it ectopic pregnancy

Bhcg is a confirmitory test which is negative for pregnancy in your case To Rule out an ectopic pregnancy u need a transvaginal scan You can take a medicine to help you get your period
