+ve RA factor and negative anti ccp

I am 27 years old male with bmi 21 and I dont have any pain right now and in general also i don't have joint pains anywhere  but my RA factor is 20.6 IU/ml(positive) and anti CCP is 2.26 AU/ml (negative). my CRP, ANA and ASI are negative but ESR is 19mm/hr and hlab27 negative .  I did these tests because i had low back pain for 2 months and my uncle has ankylosing spondylitis hence to rule it out . Although the 2 doctors i met told me that my back pain is due to poor posture as it pains on movement and is not tender to touch and gave muscle relaxant which i think are working. Also my joints like knuckles neck and low back makes popping sound when i consiously crack them but without any pain. Questions - 1-do i have RA ?? 2- if not can i have RA later on in my life as i am RA factor positive ?? 3-do i need to worry about any other auto immune disease due to RA factor being 20.6 IU/ml and esr being 19mm/hr if its not rheumatoid arthritis

Hello, greetings from Kolkata. RA factor and ESR are very non-specific markers. RA factor has been shown to be positive in various infections or other non immunological disorders too. So you need not worry regarding these reports. Diagnosis of RA depends mainly on the number of joint involvement and your symptoms of joint pain, which you don't have.
Next Steps
So follow your doctor's advice and maintain a Good posture as well as do daily exercise for back muscles strengthening.
