-ve blood group problem in pregnancy

Dear doctor, I m 23 weeks pregnant, my blood group is O-ve and my husband blood group is O+ve ... 3 days before doctor told me to do coombs test..I have done and it comes -ve. After taking Anti D injection around 28weeks will it be safe for me and baby? My question is what after delivery my baby will be safe or not ???? If his/her blood group comes +ve than what will happen???? Is there any dangerous for me and my baby? Plz help me out...I m very much tensed

If this is the first time you are conceiving, then there will be no problem to the baby. But subsequent pregnancies carry a risk of the fetus having jaundice. But these can be managed very efficiently with proper follow up to your obstetrician.

Be relax,after delivery ur baby will be safe,anti D will be given if + ve nothing will be happen ,no any danger for u & ur baby
