*Urgent* Lymph nodes past 1 year

Hi, I have swollen lymph nodes past 1 year. I was said it's nothing to worry but at the back of my mind I was always thinking what if it's something else. I still have those nodes and it didn't change in size. Attaching the USG plate done on last year January, those nodes doesn't look normal no?

Please share the report of the scan also.. If they are persistent then please get a fnac done and review with the reports
