NCCT thorax is suggestive of : By Dr. Adv. malignant mass lesion involving apical segment of left upper lobe with bony erosion left side( pancoast tumor)T3Nomx; Now what can i do?

Pancoast tumours are usually aggressive cancer, mainly found in smokers and are SCC by type After it’s confirmed by biopsy go for chemotherapy + Radiation therapy followed by surgery if feasible and if tumour not regressed completely by Chemo radiation

Go for biopsy to confirm that it’s a cancer
